Amikacin 500 MG Injection is an aminoglycoside antibiotic used for the short-term treatment of serious bacterial infections of the lungs, skin, abdomen, blood, brain, urinary tract, bones and joints. This injection kills or stops the growth of bacteria causing the infection. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses.

Amikacin Sulphate 500mg Injection is an antibiotic used to prevent or treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. These may include infections of the urinary tract, bones, and joints, lungs (eg. pneumonia), brain, blood, among others. It is also used in hospitalized patients to prevent infections.
