New Delhicame into existence in March 2017.

Manufacturing

Protect Telelinks produces more than 1000 pharmaceutical formulationsin its ultra-modern WHO GMP manufacturing unit is fully licensed to produce arange of pharmaceutical products under the Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act,1940. Each product group is allocated a specific area within the overallfacility with a modern ventilation system to prevent contamination.

Quality Control Laboratory

Our unit has an independent quality control laboratory, spread over anarea of 1800 square feet located on the first floor of the production building.The lab tests raw materials, packing materials, and in-process samples inaddition to finished products. Complete testing and analysis of raw materialsare carried out in-house. If our test equipment and processes cannot test for aspecific process or a specific ingredient, we get testing done by thirdparties.

Quality Management System

Quality management system controls QC equipment and processes. Themanagement processes additionally incorporate complaints, validation, productrecall, self-inspection, audits and processes for raw material checks,in-process checks, finished product checks, and checks of culture media andreagents. Quality Assurance and Analytical Research & Developmentdepartment under the Manager QA & QC handles all functions includingdocumentation and develops analytical test methods and validation methods on anongoing basis besides monitoring key quality indicators. The department hasdiverse other functions that virtually oversee all aspects of production inaddition to assuring cGMP compliance and training to employees.
