Meropenem Injections in Chittaurgarh

Meropenem 500mg Injection belongs to a group of medicines called carbapenem antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria which can cause serious infections. It is a versatile medicine used to treat many different types of bacterial infections such as infections of the brain (meningitis), lungs (pneumonia), abdomen, urinary tract, skin, blood, and heart.

Meropenem injection is used to treat skin and abdominal (stomach area) infections caused by bacteria and meningitis (infection of the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord) in adults and children 3 months of age and older. Meropenem injection is in a class of medications called antibiotics.

It belongs to carbapenem class of antibiotics (for IV use only)
